On July 18, 2013, this product was voluntarily recalled by the manufacturer because it found to be contaminated with desmethyl carbodenafil and dimethylsildenafil, which are analogs of the prescription erectile dysfunction drug sildenafil (Viagra) and also dapoxetine, an active ingredient which is not approved by the FDA (18987). Advise patients not to take this product.
